Our Seamazz® split blanched lobster are not only simple to prepare but also easy for customers to enjoy. Each lobster is blanched, split in half and cleaned of all internals so that only the plump, juicy meat remains inside the shell. Once cleaned, each lobster is placed in red netting and frozen. A layer of ice glaze preserves the moisture inside while in frozen storage.
